Reason for the revision

Although orders from major customers in the support services business are expected to fall below the initial assumptions, profit was positively affected by the steady growth in high recurring revenue from the solutions services business, as well as appropriate project management and improved utilization in the contract development business. The dividend was increased to enhance shareholder returns, taking into account the expectation that operating profit will exceed the initial forecast, the Company's strong financial position, and its basic policy of maintaining a consolidated payout ratio above 40%.

Previous-period resultsFull year ended March 2025: net sales of ¥14,521 million, operating profit of ¥1,130 million, ordinary profit of ¥1,154 million, net income attributable to owners of the parent of ¥696 million, and net income per share of ¥89.16.
Dividend forecast revisionThe year-end dividend has been increased by ¥3, from ¥52.00 to ¥55.00 per share. The annual dividend forecast has also been revised from ¥52.00 to ¥55.00 per share.
