塗りつぶした部分が自己資本比率です。総資産のうち、返済のいらない自前の資金がどれだけかを表します。The thin vertical line indicates the level at the end of the previous fiscal year.
Operating revenue exceeded the prior-year period in all businesses. In the insurance business, growth in new life insurance contracts and steady renewals of non-life insurance contracts contributed to results. At Senbonmatsu Farm, the renovation of facilities, information dissemination through events and social media, and increased media exposure led to higher visitor numbers. In the golf business, the introduction of new carts and various promotional initiatives contributed to results. On the other hand, depreciation expenses associated with air-conditioning equipment upgrades weighed on profit in the real estate business, while higher personnel expenses, course maintenance costs, and facility renovation costs reduced profit in the golf business.
