The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The amendments to the Articles of Incorporation are intended to add energy storage, the sale, purchase, import and export of biomass fuels, and group management and administration to the Company's business purposes. The revisions to the share-based compensation plans are intended to clarify the linkage between compensation and medium- to long-term performance and share value in promoting the Medium-Term Management Plan 2030, and to foster an awareness of sharing risks with shareholders and contributing to the enhancement of corporate value. The virtual-only meeting is intended to reduce geographical and time constraints and provide shareholders fairly with convenient opportunities to attend.
