Kansai Transmission and Distribution filed changes with the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry and will raise the rates under its Wheeling Supply and Other Terms and Conditions from 1 November 2026. Revised rates are provided for each category, including generation-side, low-voltage, high-voltage and extra-high-voltage service.
