The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Because a proposal to elect outside officers will be submitted to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. Naga Shigeyasu (永滋康) is expected to apply his experience and knowledge in corporate law as an attorney to appropriately perform, from an objective standpoint, his duties in overseeing management, strengthening corporate governance and serving as a member of the Audit and Supervisory Committee. The Company therefore determined that there is no risk of a conflict of interest with general shareholders.
