Raising Awareness of the Store Subleasing Business and Developing Specialist Personnel

「We will raise awareness and communicate the appeal and benefits of the store subleasing business through active information disclosure on our website, advertising and investor relations activities. Because the business requires specialized knowledge and expertise in store real estate, management, restaurant equipment and legal matters and relies heavily on human resources, we will develop highly skilled personnel through recruitment by specialized departments and the periodic updating and implementation of training programs led by external instructors and senior executives.」
