On 1 March 2026, we acquired the au Shop operating business outsourced by TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION to トヨタモビリティパーツ株式会社. We also acquired the au Shop and UQ Spot operating businesses held by 株式会社サブスク. The acquisition consideration for these transactions was ¥965 million, and the businesses have been integrated into our mobile communications business segment.
The Group acquired a business during the fiscal year under review. The acquisition consideration for this transaction was ¥965 million.
