The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The Company cited opportunities to expand its business in reuse and resale, lifecycle management and adjacent areas; growing demand for and future growth potential of grid-scale battery storage; a certain level of profitability; and efficient use of funds and early monetization through delivery and commercialization within a short period. The Company also determined that early monetization through a transfer or other means would be reasonable because it would avoid tying up funds and establishing a new operating structure associated with long-term ownership and operation.
