「In January 2023, we also launched “Mirai Juku,” led by Representative Director Uno as its head. We are actively working to develop talent who will lead the group’s management in the future, including the appointment of graduates as presidents of operating companies. In September 2024, we newly established the “Group Executive program” for approximately 100 key personnel, primarily executive officers and above at subsidiaries.」
