The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Hiring demand from major consulting firms, the company's main customers, recovered, contributing to recruitment support projects for manager-level and more senior positions, as well as successful contracts with partner-level candidates and for large-scale projects. The company also strengthened its sales structure, developed new customers, increased its number of active personnel in response to DX- and AI-related demand, and expanded business with existing customers. Although investments in human capital, advertising and promotion, and DX and IT continued, the effects of these investments became apparent, and operating income exceeded the most recent earnings forecast.
