The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Good不動産 Group introduced totono as the number of managed units exceeded 28,000 and residents’ needs became more diverse. The aim was to move beyond a response model centered on telephone and email and provide the reassurance of being connected at any time, 24 hours a day, through smartphones, together with prompt support. Other reasons for selecting the service included improving the efficiency of property management operations and resident satisfaction through integration with core systems, encouraging residents to resolve issues themselves using FAQs, and outsourcing chat support to the Suma-Sapo Chat Center.
