Factors Behind Changes in Business Performance

Revenue increased due to continued orders for infrastructure development projects in the Kansai area, stronger waste intake in the Kanto area, and increased intake in the Kyushu area following the consolidation of 株式会社スカラベサクレ as a subsidiary. Depreciation, personnel expenses, subcontracting expenses and transportation expenses increased, but the positive impact on profit from higher waste intake volumes at final disposal sites more than offset these increases, resulting in higher profit.
