The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Although handling volumes fell sharply at some existing customers, labor-cost adjustments were delayed and rent on vacant space at the MEGA Center and other facilities increased. In addition, one-time relocation costs arose in connection with the conversion of the Higashi-Osaka facility to a sublease arrangement, while the acceptance inspection for a large IT contract development project was pushed back to the second half.
