A share-transfer agreement was signed on 26 June 2023, and all shares of NIX,INC. were acquired on 31 July, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. The policy is to use its cloud-service technology, systems-development capabilities and DX expertise to create new businesses, including projects under Sarabetsu Village’s Digital Garden City Nation Concept, and to enhance and improve the efficiency of existing businesses. The acquisition cost was ¥256 million.
