Financial Results Presentation for the Six-Month Period of the Fiscal Year Ending December 2026

During the interim period, operating revenue increased, mainly due to the full-period operation of the 14 sites opened in the previous fiscal year. However, operating income and below decreased because of temporary outsourcing and support costs associated with improvement activities at the Tokai SCM Center, as well as higher logistics costs. The full-year earnings forecast and dividend forecast remain unchanged from the beginning of the fiscal year.

The reasons the company gives

The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.

Operating revenue increased due to higher revenue from operations launched in the previous fiscal year, increased handling volumes, and higher unit prices for goods. On the other hand, profit declined because of increased on-site outsourcing and support costs associated with the relocation and improvement activities at the Tokai SCM Center, higher logistics costs due to wage increases and fee revisions by partner companies, and higher administrative personnel expenses resulting from organizational restructuring.
