ＳＧＨグローバル・ジャパン株式会社, a consolidated subsidiary of the Company, received a notification disposition from Tokyo Customs in December 2025, and its permit for the Tokyo Logistics Center bonded warehouse expired on 31 January 2026 because it was not renewed.
ＳＧＨグローバル・ジャパン株式会社, a consolidated subsidiary of the Company, received a notification disposition from Tokyo Customs in December 2025, and its permit for the Tokyo Logistics Center bonded warehouse expired on 31 January 2026 because it was not renewed. In addition, the company received the following administrative dispositions from Tokyo Customs and Osaka Customs. • Suspension of customs clearance operations: 1 June–31 August 2026 • Cancellation of the customs brokerage license: 31 August 2026 (effective from 1 September 2026) • Cancellation of the bonded warehouse permits: 31 May 2026 (effective from 1 June 2026) (Note) The bonded warehouse permit cancellation applies to the Narita Logistics Center and Kansai Airport Logistics Center.
