The Ocean-Going Sales Department and Domestic Shipping Sales Department will be consolidated into the Sales Department. The Marine Affairs Department will be reorganized as the Vessel Department, which will include the Marine Affairs function, Technical Affairs function, Domestic Tanker section and Domestic Tanker Safety Management Office.
