During the current consolidated fiscal year, the company made 株式会社トータルメンテナンスジャパン, which conducts service and maintenance operations, a consolidated subsidiary. The operations of 株式会社スリーディ, a consolidated subsidiary that has conducted similar operations, had previously been managed within the Real Estate reporting segment. However, from 1 April 2021, the company decided to manage the service and maintenance operations separately from the Real Estate business, whose primary revenue is rental income, and to promote them further as the Service and Maintenance business.」
