Before correction: total remuneration, etc., received from consolidated subsidiaries of ¥116 million; Okuno Fumiko (奥野史子) attended all 3 meetings of the Nomination and Remuneration Advisory Committee; Kohara Shinichiro (小原紳一郎) and Okano Yoshiro (岡野芳郎) attended all 19 meetings of the Audit & Supervisory Board; the description of Tsutsumi Hideki (堤秀樹) as a director of the Public Interest Incorporated Foundation for the Promotion of American Studies was included, while no such description was included for Sugiura Yasuyuki (杉浦康之).
