The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Because a proposal to elect directors who are Audit and Supervisory Committee members (outside directors) will be submitted to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Although Otsuka Takashi (大塚貴史) has had business dealings with the audit firm in the past, there has been no relationship with the audit firm since July 2019, and it was determined that there is no risk of a conflict of interest with general shareholders.
