The Company then transferred the real estate businesses of 阪急電鉄㈱ and 阪神電気鉄道㈱ to 阪急不動産㈱ through a company split and other means. On the same date, 阪急不動産㈱, 阪神不動産㈱, 阪急リート投信㈱ and ㈱阪急ハウジングサポート changed their corporate names to 阪急阪神不動産㈱, 阪急阪神エステート・サービス㈱, 阪急阪神リート投信㈱ and ㈱阪急阪神ハウジングサポート, respectively.」
