Integration of the Hotel Business into the Real Estate Business

「From the first quarter of the current fiscal year, the reportable segments have been changed from the previous seven categories—urban transportation, real estate, entertainment, information and communications, travel, international transportation and hotels—to six categories: urban transportation, real estate, entertainment, information and communications, travel and international transportation. This change reflects the partial revision of the core-business structure from FY2022, under which the hotel business was integrated into the real estate business and positioned as one business category within it.」
