Items this document does not state (13)
These are items the company does not state in this document. We do not leave them blank, nor fill them in from other sources or by inference.
The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The real estate business recorded lower revenue due to the reversal of the prior fiscal year's securitization of Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho. In addition, higher expenses, including personnel expenses and depreciation, resulted in lower operating income, ordinary income, and profit attributable to owners of the parent. Meanwhile, inbound demand and higher RevPAR at domestic hotels drove higher revenue in the hotel and leisure business, while increased demand for railways and buses drove higher revenue in the urban transportation and lineside business.
