「Today, we decided to acquire shares of TOYO DENKI SEIZO K.K.(TOYO ELECTRIC MFG.CO.,LTD.) through a third-party allotment of treasury shares by the company (the “Treasury Share Disposal”). We plan to acquire 578,000 common shares on 6 August 2026. We also decided to purchase shares from existing shareholders of TOYO DENKI SEIZO K.K.(TOYO ELECTRIC MFG.CO.,LTD.) through a ToSTNeT-1 transaction and to make market purchases. We plan to acquire 385,000 common shares through the ToSTNeT-1 transaction on 21 July 2026 and 10,500 shares through market purchases during the acquisition period set out below.」
