The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.More than 10 years have passed since the compensation limits were established, and the roles and responsibilities of directors have increased as a result of changes in the business environment, expansion of the business base, and strengthening of the corporate governance structure. For Audit and Supervisory Committee members, the company also considered changes in economic conditions and the increased roles and responsibilities expected of them.
