The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The revision reflects a 60-day suspension of operations in the crowdfunding business following administrative action against a subsidiary, as well as a review of revenue in the real estate business. Operating profit and ordinary profit have been increased to reflect cost reductions in the real estate business, improved margins in the crowdfunding business, and gains on the sale of 2 funds. Net income has been reduced mainly because the allocation of profits and losses from anonymous partnerships is expected to increase by approximately ¥1.1 billion from the initial forecast.
