    「In recent years, we have promoted our hotel development business and completed sales of 15 of 17 projects. For the 2 ongoing projects, the Fukuoka City project, which opened in March 2020, and the Osaka City project, scheduled to open in January 2021, persistently low occupancy rates and the difficulty of forecasting when they will recover may result in delays in sales and lower selling prices.」
