Revised forecast
Fiscal year ending March 2027 · Full yearPrevious forecast published 1 May 2026The bar length represents the relative magnitude of change, based on the item that changed the most in this document.
It had been difficult to reasonably estimate the impact on the timing of deliveries of spec homes because of concerns over the supply of construction materials arising from heightened tensions in the Middle East. However, as material supplies have shown signs of improvement and procurement conditions have returned to normal, the risk of a material impact on housing deliveries during the current consolidated fiscal year has largely been eliminated, making it possible to reasonably calculate the earnings forecasts.
