The Housing Sales business reported higher revenue and profit, mainly due to an increase in deliveries of newly built condominiums. The Income-Producing Real Estate Sales business reported lower revenue and profit because the number of properties delivered declined and because of the反動 from delivering highly profitable properties in the same quarter of the previous year. The Hotel Operations business reported higher revenue due to an increase in average room rates, but profit declined because of pre-opening expenses and other factors.
