「To promote sustainability management, the Company has established a Sustainability Committee chaired by the representative director and president and composed of full-time directors, the full-time Audit & Supervisory Board member and the General Manager of the General Affairs Department. Centered on the Sustainability Committee, the Company plans and monitors sustainability initiatives, including measures addressing environmental issues such as climate change. It will also enhance the effectiveness of sustainability management through reporting to the Board of Directors and employee training.」
