The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.The Company stated that it has no plans to join at present because it responds to changes in accounting standards and other matters through coordination with its audit firm and others, participation in various seminars, and subscriptions to accounting- and tax-related publications. It will continue to consider membership in light of future developments in accounting standards and changes in circumstances.
