Reason for the revision

Although the recovery of private equity investments in business succession transactions is progressing smoothly and the arrangement of truck operating leases and other activities are exceeding plan, net sales are expected to fall below forecast due to the deconsolidation of ムーミン物語, aircraft shortages, and the decision to forgo the structuring of fractional real estate investment products. The net income forecast has been revised upward in anticipation of a gain on the sale of fixed assets of ¥1,556 million, a loss on the sale of shares in affiliated companies of ¥263 million, a provision for doubtful accounts of ¥200 million, and lower income taxes and other taxes.

Details and amount of extraordinary loss

Loss on the sale of shares in affiliated companies of ¥263 million and provision for doubtful accounts of ¥200 million. In addition, a gain on the sale of fixed assets of ¥1,556 million has been recognized as extraordinary income.

Previous-period resultsFiscal year ended September 2025: net sales ¥14,432 million, operating profit ¥3,406 million, ordinary profit ¥3,242 million, net income attributable to owners of the parent ¥2,121 million, and earnings per share ¥10.91
