In addition, we believe that, by providing recommendations and advice from an independent position as an attorney toward the lifting of the designation as a security under special caution designation, he will contribute to rebuilding the Company’s internal management system. Accordingly, we ask that he be elected as a Director serving as an Audit and Supervisory Committee Member and an outside director.
