Summary of Financial Results for the First Quarter of the Fiscal Year Ending March 2027 (Japanese GAAP) (Consolidated)

In the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2027, operating income/loss and ordinary income/loss moved from profits to losses due to sluggish sales and restrictions on accepting orders in the bullion business, as well as higher expenses in the non-bank business. Meanwhile, the quarterly net loss attributable to owners of the parent decreased because there were no litigation settlement payments, which had been incurred in the same period of the previous year.
