The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The proposal for the appropriation of surplus is based on stable profit returns and the dividend policy. The amendments to the Articles of Incorporation are intended to reorganize provisions concerning representative directors and directors with titles, introduce a system for omitting resolutions of the Board of Directors, and convert the amendment history to Western calendar years. The share-based compensation is intended to promote the sustained enhancement of corporate value and the sharing of value with shareholders. The policy for responding to acquisitions is intended to deter large-scale purchase actions that could potentially impair corporate value and the common interests of shareholders, and to secure the information and time shareholders need to make an appropriate decision.
