The Company entered into a strategic IT partnership agreement with IBM Japan, Ltd. covering the maintenance and development of existing systems, response to system failures, operations management, infrastructure maintenance and other services. Following the September 2021 corporate separation, the Infrastructure Management Services Agreement was transferred to Kyndryl Japan LLC, and the contract term is 7 years.
