The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Operating revenue increased due to the reversal of deferred installment profit balances and growth in outstanding credit guarantees. However, financial expenses increased as higher funding costs and expanding funding demand in the domestic business outweighed the decline in credit-related expenses resulting from improved asset quality in the overseas business. For the next fiscal year, the Company is reviewing part of its medium-term management plan in light of financial expenses arising from changes in the funding environment, system-related costs associated with changes to the data center relocation method, and delays in the recovery of business performance in Indonesia.
