Notice Regarding Revisions to the "Forecast Figures Under the Former Consolidated Accounting Standards"

The forecast figures under the previous consolidated accounting basis for the fiscal year ending March 2026 have been revised downward. Operating revenue is now forecast at ¥1,320 million, while operating profit, ordinary profit and net income attributable to owners of the parent are all expected to be losses. The revision reflects the postponement of the sale of unlisted shares and the fact that the sale terms for listed shares fell below expectations.

Reason for the revision

The sale of the unlisted shares was postponed because agreement could not be reached with prospective buyers on the sale price. The sale terms for the listed shares also fell below the assumptions made when the previous forecast was announced, and the sale proceeds did not reach the amount forecast at the lower end of the range. As a result of the shortfall in operating revenue, operating profit, ordinary profit and net income attributable to owners of the parent are also expected to fall below the previous forecast figures and be losses.
