「The Company and its Group are strengthening security measures to prevent increasingly sophisticated financial crimes, such as the counterfeiting or theft of cash cards and specialized fraud, before they occur. However, if unfair or inappropriate transactions cannot be prevented, unexpected losses or damage to social credibility may affect the operations and financial performance of the Company and its Group. The Company and its Group regard the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing as an important management issue and are working to strengthen their control framework. However, if compliance with laws and regulations concerning money laundering and related matters is inadequate, the Company may be subject to administrative sanctions, including civil monetary penalties and business improvement orders.
