「Under the new personnel system introduced in fiscal 2024, the promotion of an “experience-growth cycle”—turning individual work experience into learning, applying it to subsequent work and linking it to growth—forms the foundation of our human resources development. We plan to implement the measures needed to keep this cycle operating. As a central initiative toward this goal, we also introduced “1-on-1 meetings” in fiscal 2024.」
The personnel system was comprehensively revised for the first time in approximately 20 years, introducing a dual-track system comprising professional, management and associate job categories, 1-on-1 meetings and the development of specialist talent. The annual investment in human resources development is set at ¥100 million, compared with an actual investment of ¥80 million in fiscal 2023.
