Items this document does not state (8)
These are items the company does not state in this document. We do not leave them blank, nor fill them in from other sources or by inference.
The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The main factors behind the FY2025 outperformance were revenue growth in the second half despite the backlash from inbound demand in the first half, domestic department store sales exceeding plan, selling, general and administrative expenses being kept under control, and higher revenue and profit in businesses including financial services and interior design and construction. The FY2026 plan assumes continued control of selling, general and administrative expenses, higher dividends from the Vietnam business, and the reversal of special gains and losses.
