Reason for the revision

Although the Entertainment business and Anniversaire Bridal business performed well, fourth-quarter same-store sales in the Fashion business fell below forecast due to weather-related factors, changes in consumer demand accompanying the diversification of business styles, and difficult sales conditions during the Freshers campaign. In addition, gross profit declined due to higher procurement costs and the implementation of sales initiatives, and tax expenses and other items also increased.

Previous-period resultsFiscal year ended March 2025: net sales ¥192,688 million, operating profit ¥15,646 million, ordinary profit ¥14,782 million, profit attributable to owners of the parent ¥9,574 million, and basic earnings per share ¥113.89
