Items this document does not state (1)
These are items the company does not state in this document. We do not leave them blank, nor fill them in from other sources or by inference.
The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The Company expects that its internal investigation into suspected inappropriate receipt of compensation, the investigation by the Special Investigation Committee, and the preparation of financial statements and financial statement audits will require additional time. As a result, the Company will be unable to provide or report the business report, financial statements and other materials as of the date of the meeting, and plans to report them at a continued meeting. The share-based compensation plan is intended to clarify the linkage between director compensation and business performance and share value, and to strengthen directors’ awareness of their contribution to improving performance and increasing corporate value over the medium to long term.
