「Effective 1 October 2017, the number of shares per unit was changed from 1,000 shares to 100 shares, and the Company's common shares were consolidated at a ratio of 2 shares into 1 share. The total number of issued shares consequently changed from 45,649,955 shares to 22,824,977 shares.」

「At the 77th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 29 June 2017, resolutions were passed and approved to consolidate the Company's common shares at a ratio of 1 share for every 2 shares, effective 1 October 2017, and to change the total number of authorised shares from 113,100,000 shares to 56,550,000 shares on the effective date of the share consolidation. At the 77th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 29 June 2017, a resolution was also passed and approved to change the number of shares per unit stipulated in the Articles of Incorporation from 1,000 shares to 100 shares, effective 1 October 2017, the effective date of the share consolidation.」
