「At a meeting of the Board of Directors held on 26 November 2025, the Company resolved that, with 1 January 2026 as the effective date, its 3 wholly owned subsidiaries, 株式会社カノークス鋼管東海, 株式会社カノークス鋼管九州 and 株式会社カノークス鋼管関東, would be absorbed through a merger, and that the business conducted by its wholly owned subsidiary 株式会社カノークス鋼管北上 relating to the manufacture, processing and sale of processed steel products and other steel products would be transferred through an absorption-type company split. The mergers and other transactions were completed on 1 January 2026.」
