The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. In the second quarter, SI and solutions, as well as services and outsourcing, grew despite a decline in replacement demand for PCs following the surge associated with the end of Windows 10 support. Operating income was mainly affected by deteriorating gross margins in the Professional and Enterprise segments.
