In light of the requirements of Japan's Corporate Governance Code, the Company has adopted a policy of reducing its cross-held shares. To establish an optimal capital structure over the medium to long term and achieve its target of an ROE of 15% or higher at an early stage, the Company decided to sell part of its cross-held shares and acquire treasury shares.
