「At a board meeting held on 26 February 2025, the company resolved to acquire the 16.36% stake in former consolidated subsidiary 株式会社バルカー・エフエフティ held by Watanabe Shogo (渡邊省吾), VFFT’s representative, thereby increasing its ownership of VFFT to 100%, and then transfer all of its shares to entities including IA Partners 1 Investment Limited Partnership, managed or serviced by IA Partners 株式会社. The shares were transferred on 21 March 2025.」
