The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Revenue increased due to the contribution from 株式会社JBAホールディングス to sales, higher revenue from outsourcing services for financial reporting support and disclosure document preparation, the introduction of FDS for investment fund services, and an increase in orders for new funds. These factors were partly offset by lower revenue resulting from a decline in the number of listed companies and a decrease in the number of printed pages as the electronic provision system for general meeting materials has gained traction. Operating profit decreased due to base-pay increases accompanying higher prices, higher system-related expenses including AI investment, and M&A expenses.
