「At a meeting of the Board of Directors held on 13 November 2020, the company resolved to transfer to SANKO GOSEI LTD. the injection molding and processing business of its consolidated subsidiary HMヤマト株式会社, as well as fixed assets (land, buildings and machinery, among others) owned by HMヤマト株式会社 and the company. On the same date, the company entered into agreements for the business transfer and fixed asset transfer. The transfers were scheduled to take place on 31 March 2021.」
